The light fixture is really beautiful, arrived on schedule and as described. Electrician had no problems with the installation. I would give the purchase five stars except the listing had a box for personalization stating, how long should the distance be from the ceiling to the bottom of the chandelier. I measured several times and put that measurement in the box. Once installed the light is significantly higher than I wanted. I tried to check the order to see if I made a typo, but could not find the personalization box anywhere on the receipts. The difference could be due to the lamp adjustability, But somewhat disappointing considering I paid over $1000 plus professional installation. I recommend amending the personalization box for downrod length total to prevent future problems.
