Shipping policy

Handcrafted to order Every TimberGem piece is handmade in India by our artisans. Crafting time varies by piece. Smaller items take less time, while carved headboards, bed frames, and folding dividers take longer. After you place your order, we'll email you the crafting timeline for your piece. You're also welcome to contact us before ordering for an estimate.

International delivery Once your piece is finished, we pack it securely and ship it by air courier (DHL or FedEx). Delivery usually takes 7–14 days. You'll get a tracking number as soon as it ships.

Duties and taxes Orders shipped outside India may be charged import duties and taxes by your country's customs. The courier collects these on delivery, and they aren't included in our prices or shipping fees.
